Queen Victoria. . She was Queen of England, and grandmother to both Kaiser Wilhelm and Tsarina Alexandra.

WELL WE DON'T STUDY HISTORY AND THE FACT THAT WILHELM WAS THE EMPEROR DURING WWI AND DIED IN EUROPE SOME WHERE, TELLS ME THAT YOU ALSO DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT HISTORY.. AND IT'S GREAT BRITAIN GET IT RIGHT BRAINIAC.

Not so much if you consider the fact that Kaiser Wilhelm II (emperer of Germany in WWI) died in exile in Holland, and the fact that there was no emperor of Germany in WWII. Adolph Hitler (chancelor and president of Germany) is believed, with good evidence to have died at the end of the war in Berlin.
