Why does all my food seem to taste salty even when I don't add any salt?

hmmm, well if you are eating ready meals/tinned food then its quite obvious, as they contain loads. if you're eating fresh food then its a bit strange, maybe you have strong tastebuds!. anyway dont moan I am obsessed with salt and would love to taste it constantly without having to add it!

Maybe, you are using, salted butter, chicken or meat stocks,or even can be the water, if you live to close to sea the tap water can be a bit salted, if so try to use water from the bottle. If, you are not using none of those things. I don't know how i can help.

Do you use alot of processed foods like canned soup and such? Most pre-packaged and processed foods have alot of salt.

not sure what foods you are talking about, but if it is prepared food, those items have alot of salt in it, also ham, bacon and other prepared meat and lunch meats have lots of salt
