How can I establish a morning routine to wake up earlier?

Even a couple hour nap is better than nothing. I suggest to try to get at least a couple hours. Try an energizer drink to keep you awake. LL.

Take a cool shower when you wake up and then find something to work on for a few minutes... something to get your mind engaged. THEN grab some form of caffeine at your local gas station... coffee works perfect for me, but maybe you'd opt for something liek an energy drink. I recommend Adrenaline Rush! Good luck, I know those long days can be tought, but you'll get through it.

an alarm clock - placed away from the end of the bed so you have to get up yo turn it off . and amphetamines.

drink redbull take a shower and put gel in your hair it really helps wake me up. Eat a good breakfast too! dont drink coffee it doesnt do it for me either. unless they are espressos.. . try reading the newspaper too

Sleep or not, you will benefit from just resting your body in bed. Better than staying up, I think. Try a couple of monsters, or sobe adrenaline rushes, or a combination. drink one on the way to work, and another a few hours later. they will help, especialy if you eat a nutritious breakfast before you start. The B vitamins help convert the food into energy. dont go it on an empty stomach, you will need fuel.
