It could be anythinng - I sleep on my tummy and my eyes are puffy. However my friends face was puffy and it was steriods she had been prescribed that caused it - my other friend's face got puffy, particularly around her eyes, and it was her thyroid.. . See your doc if you are worried.

water retention, crying and the eyes not getting enough rest. warm teabags help, raw potato slices help because the carbohydrate absorbs the puffiness and they say cucumber is also good.

Allergy to make up if you wear it.= what have you used new of lately or reduce one product at a time or change to a hypergenic make up.Make sure you remove it every night before bed.. crying to much = Are you upset or worried about something ice/tea bag/cuccumber usually help.. not enough sleep= Try and get a good nights sleep . not enough vitamins/minerals in diet= look at what you are eating and do you have all you need try taking vitamins one a day. You may have knocked it some how without realising.. Simply just rubbing your eyes= Use ice/tea bag/cuccumber it will go down in time.. Fluid retention = Is any where else puffy does this keep happening if so go to doctor as may be an underline casue.. Hope that helps
