I sympathise, but if you really want to change your shape and loose weight get a book called 'Eat right for your type' by De Adamo and follow the instructions according to your blood type. You will find that your weight is probably to do with foods that you cannot tolerate, and once you learn what these are and change your diet you will be amazed at the results. It may mean that you will have to give up Dairy products and Wheat but its worth it

Drink plenty of water (about 64oz/day), eat healthy (eat lots of anything that will make you poop, so that you get all of the unhealthy foods out of you quick) Make sure your getting enough protein, and last but not least excercise. Even a short walk up your street and back home every morning can help. And dont stress over it, because stress can cause weight gain too.

Watch the sugar and sodium intake in your diet. Sugar and sodium are in everything...naturally and man-made. Just try to stay within a healthy limit of both. . Also, lots of water. 64 to 100 oz. a day.. If you don't like drinking water add some lemon for a 'very light' lemonade. Or make drinking your water a game. I try to chug as much as I can when I'm at a long stop light. . Add a light exercise routine and you should be able to reduce your tummy and --even better-- have more energy and feel more healthy.. GOOD LUCK!
