Lots of cardio, like running or aerobics, anything to get your heart rate up. And it helps to do at least some light weight lifting. Also make sure to burn more calories than you take in, and drink lots of water, about a gallon per day. Hope that helps!

you do not say how overweight you are! it's possible you don't need to loose any weight or that 10lbs is enough weight loss for your height.. . If you do need to loose it for medical reasons, take up excersise as its the best way to loose weight & tone up your body.. . Good luck

become a swimmer. I've swam since i was 6, not only do i love it~i can eat whatever i want. i burn about 1,000 calories every night. so if you swim like an Olympian or just do a couple laps- you'll not only feel better but you'll look good too!. . GOOD LUCK!!!!

I lost weight when I left home and stopped thinking about it. Seriously. Try to feel sexy and try to love yourselve and the rest just happens. If you think about food the whole day, it´s the wrong way. Try to forget it.
