Exercises, more fruits and vegetables, less or no meat, more fish not seafood. Especially Salmon!

I assume you mean "lose":-. 1) Stop eating like a pig. 2) Walk don't drive.. . If you really meant "loose":-. 1) Take lots of laxatives. 2) Dump a lot.

Once you start under a huge work load you are seriously not going to get time to eat sleep and even drink a lot.. So get urself a really hard job to go for.. And u r gonna loose a hell lot of weight.

eat less excersise more.I stopped using big pans for cooking in,bought some smaller ones,and smaller plates too.Drink less beer ,though that one is hard

easy steps that save time and need not much effort:. . 1.) Cut down on carbo foods like rice and noodles and sugar (that is not to say starve yourself!) . 2.) exercise a lot. . 3.) walk when you can. . 4.) drink lots of water. . 5.) it's safe to say dont drink sodas! and eat fruit instead of chips. . . Plus, I think an active lifestyle contributes to a healthy lifestyle.

Eat smart - that means for the rest of your life. Always think about what you are going to eat before you pop it into your mouth. If you like to snack try fruits instead of the junk. Allow yourself a treat once a week but don’t stuff yourself...it all boils down to discipline.. You also need to work out - for the rest of your life...so find something active that you will enjoy - a brisk walk won’t get you anywhere you need to sweat.. Keep off the weighing scale it will only discourage you.
