Well, that is a pretty good salad, and of course there is no right or wrong. . . I would use shredded cheese like mozz or cheddar, or even some swiss.. . I love the veggie choices! Also love radishes, bean sprouts...and I like different lettuces in my salad. . . For crunch, I love chow mein noodles on salad instead of croutons, and I really love slivered almonds.. . And if you are a carnivore, add some meat. Ham chunks, bacon, chicken are all wildly popular.. . I detest ranch dressing...LOVE bleu cheese and catalina/french.. . (had to take a break to make a salad)
