For millions of years the earth has had carbon-based life forms dying on it. As these life forms breakdown, they create oil. This oil is unhealthy for the planet, like an infection in your body. We are here to remove and deplete the excess oil from the depths of the earth, so the earth can live. Once the oil has been depleted, we will all die, and the earth will revert to a healthy state once again. Kind of like the earth taking anitbiotics. There will be a very few Bush family friends that will survive and maybe an arab prince or two. In the mean time, just use up all the oil you can, and you will make peace with the earth.
