How can I get in touch with Black & Decker to report a problem with my coffee maker?

well now i am going to take ur questions advice because i just bought one and liek 2 weeks later it started leaking and spilling over and now teh stupid thing wont turn on when i want it to but last week it turned on by itself at like 5 in the evening so anyways im writting them maybe it was a recalled pot we didnt hear about. hope u get a new one or urs fixed at least.

One thing I learned is to register my product when I buy it so it could be on record.....well just call them and tell them the problem they usually are very helpful....

go to thier web site there is a link good luck also look on bottom usually there is a address of manufacturer write them if all else fails

if you still have the box, or go on their website to see if there is a 1-800 number you can call. they may be able to replace it. . . your receipt is no good even if you find it. there is a 60 to 90 day time limit that allows you to return the coffee pot. so your best bet is to call the 1-800 number, maybe if you still have the warranty you could get a replacement with that. or you could shell out another $30-$50 for a new one. . . coffee pots don't really seem to last at all. you buy it and one month later, it's broken/leaks. . i bought my mom two coffee pots this past christmas, i knew if i got only one it wouldn't last that long. so i got two. (we went through four more since then)
