Its the same genetic make-up as any two brothers or two sisters. Since they develop from two different eggs fertilized by a sperm each

It would be the same as between normal siblings, only identical twins have the same genetic makeup cuz they came from the same cell.

Genetic make up is exactly the same as a brother and brother or a sister and sister, born at separate times.. . Only twins are born at the same time.
