I have been addicted to masturbation for 7 years, how can I break this habit?

first do you have a girlfriend otherwise i don´t see why stop. second if you are in a sexually active relationship and u still need to masturbate to feel pleasure u need to get someone profesional with couples sexual disfuctions (it happens). third remener to control your drive, anyway try another hobbies

if you really feel addicted, you may have a sex addiction that requires therapy. it could be that you were sexually abused. if it is just a compulsive habit from boredom that inhibits you from having much of a normal life with other people, again, therapy could help. perhaps try to get out more and do more things with other people?

You could see a therapist or hypnotist to try and stop, but I'm not really sure why you'd want to stop.

start by actually having sexual inyteraction with women (or men, whatever ur into --- please don't take offence, i just dunno what ur preferance is). after a while, u will have no reason to "musterbate" as u say and will eventually stop.
