Its a real touchy situation but because how our society is it would be unfair to the child to have a two dads or two moms it would be hard on the child. What you have to do is make a convincing and realistic argument not based on opinion or hate but on reason and common sense and have many many people on your side.

And what are you gonna do with all the kids that need a home? Put in your spare bedroom?. . Wow, thank God you called yourself "Open Minded".. . LOL. . PS: Let's face it, all the parents on Jerry Springer, Maury and Ricki Lake are straight, if you haven't noticed. And clearly doing a great job

I don't think that taking away people's rights to do anything is a very American thing to be doing if what they're doing isn't hurting anyone (and especially if it's helping unfortunate children.)

I have a question. Why would you want to stop them from adopting?

Leave them alone as they make better parents than some heterosexuals. Please stay out of others lives as you only end up hurting yourself in the end.

Its an unfortunate event, but you cant.. . The State Laws protect thier rights to have the kids. I believe even Federal Law gives them the right to do this too.... . I am not for this, as I think its perverted for a couple who arent man and wife, to raise children, in a stable home. But, the law is the law and we cant do a thing about it because of the silly courts who dont know any better, (at least what a common person, would have more sense, most of the time), and they designate the will of "thier" wills, towards the people and not the other way around... . I wish you well... . Jesse

We need more orphans in institutions, and less of 'em in loving homes. Orphans in institutions make better musicals.
