Why does common sense seem to be disregarded in some aspects of Christianity?

1: The way they dressed two thousand years ago, it was hard to tell a gardener from doctor. You see someone in a cemetery early in the morning, you are probably not going to think it's a pretzel maker.. . 2: Christianity, and all religions deal with eternity and death, both of which, deep down inside, scare the cocoa puffs out of us. Note for your next board meeting: When scared people do stupid things, sometimes believe stupid things, and all run for the one locked door in a burning building.

Where in the bible it says that Jesus was dressed as a gardener...that does not make any sense, besided, the person who for the first time saw Jesus when he resurrected was Mary Magdalene

Mary did not realize at first that He was Jesus. She was so upset to realize that He was gone. I don't know why people say that He did not die. It is clearly written that He died. Read John 19: 28 through 19:42

you should use some logic and common sense yourself.. Jesus did die on the cross and He was resurrected.. Mary was not expecting Jesus to be in the garden and it is very likely to mistake someone.. the question is why are you running away from God and why don't you surrender your life to Him before it is not too late. Tomorrow is not promised to you. GOd Loves you and He does not want you to perish for eternally. BUt He waill never force you, It is you choice to turn to Him. He already did everything for you, EVEN DIED FOR YOU.

Common sense is lacking among many religions.. . Why do 1.5 billion Muslims follow the teachings of a common pedophile who married a six year old and consummated the relationship at nine years old? Common sense must be thrown out the window with any matter of faith, and in any religion that is fragile. Christianity is one of the more fragile ones.
