Nearly, 20 drops of water makes 1cc.. Then, volume of one drop of water = 1/20 cc. consequently, 4/3 pi*r^3 =1/20 cc. r^3 =3/80 cc. r = cube root of 3/80pi cm. Diameter= D = 2*r =2*cube root of 3/80pi cm.
