Online store doesnt have to hire ppl as salesperson, their inventory is for shipping to around the world, and dont have to pay rent for their store.. Hence, they can give you deals on the prices. Also, the best thing is if the store is not in ur state, you dont pay sales tax!

Online stores are any setup that seller offers,in their house,etc.Typically online is offered up because of the huge access by surfers.Physical,as you asked,actually called brick and mortar,are just that,your local walk in.
