I know they won't get that they have the best life there is on this plant if you were born in America, they will not know how lucky they are, they will not get that they could make a huge difference in other countries. THE AVERAGE AMERICAN IS STUBBORN.

Very many of them do. But the momentum of a society trained to focus on distraction, on the next great amusement, on the future, is working against those who get it, see it and want to stand up and say "Hey, wait a minute here..." It's really not their fault, anymore than a hostage is responsible for their own kidnapping.
