Best answer
go to a bank and ask them. Your best bet will be Bank of America as far as foreign accounts.

you dont need to be a resident but you have to live here in order to open a bank account. Another way of course would be to ask someone trustworthy enough and who lives here to open up one for you.

Open an account in your own country, with a multi-national bank. Citibank, Chase, HSBC, etc.. . Then get residency in the U.S. through legitimate means.. . See

I'm not sure you can...you need a social security number to open an account, but the best place to ask is the bank!!!!
