How can one alleviate headaches without using medications?

the easiest way to stop a headache...is to take lots of water, and yes about 70% of the cause is constipation.. another way of stopping a headache, is to take your palm and rub it back and forth using your thumb(from the otherhand....the trick is that all your attention is on your palm and after 5 minutes or so....your headache disappears. also try relaxing..have a bubble bath or just close your eyes and rest...it does help alot....remember to drink lots of water!!!

There is this stuff called Tiger Balm, it comes in tiny pots and you can rub it on your temples, this can get rid of headaches.. . There is a company called the Bach Flower Remedies who make herbal infusions, their 'Rescue Remedy' tincture is a mix of hers infused with brandy and that gets rid of migraines if you catch it in time.
