If there is nothing seriously wrong with your throat like an infection, my Gram used to have us gargle with warm water with some (a little) salt added to it. Suprisingly to this day my sisters and brother still do this It does seem to work for mild sore throats..

soar means to fly, sore means to hurt, garggle with warm salt water, drink warm tea with honey and lemon, a sore throat is usually a symptom of something more going on. so it may get worse, if so see a doctor.

the quickest way to relieve the soreness is a throat spray, like oral Relief. It doesn't cure you, but it numbs your throat enough to function and not feel like dying.

well, ive been told to not eat sugar when youre sick (im not sure if it directly has to do with a sore throat or not, but you should probly stay away from sugar). have you tried throat lozenges? also, tea may help.... good luck.
