He prepares for the comming Christmas. Do you have any idea how many toys he has to make for each Christmas? I did hear that he takes a 2 week vacation after each Christmas, but that is understandable.

I think he has alot of meetings everyday, and he gets his elves all ready to work all year and supervises the elves workshop, and comes home and goes to bed at night, and gets up again all year around,

He's overseeing production all year long - attending Elven labor meetings, etc.

i think he has a full-time job managing the elf workshop to make all the toys they will deliver on christmas. they don't just make those overnight ya know! ;-)
