Why do some adults continue to believe in Santa Claus?

I believe in Santa - Because of the spirit of giving and spreading joy to people. So, in a sense- there is a part of santa in people.

Because we believe when we send our wishes out to anyone, the universe will answer!. . I just saw Santa at the mall and he walked over to me and I said I'm still waiting for my Vette????....my Corvette???. . ....and he said this year........ and then I said I want a nice guy to go with the vette....and he said that's too difficult....the "nice" part....but he said he's single and available...so I was hit on by Santa at the mall...on Sunday!

some adults believe in santa because there really is a santa. . and i think that they believed because their children might have received gifts from HIM, exactly the way, i did received.

I think because they don't believe in Jesus. Plus, I think they just think it's fun. I don't believe in Santa. I believe in Jesus and that He brings all the joy and laughter through out the year not only at Christmas.
