This dog has separation anxiety. try buying one of those rubber toys from vets that you can fill with cheese, peanut butter etc, and give to dog in room other than bedroom prior to leaving. try closing bedroom door also and playing soft music or leaving tv on. buy it toys - a stuffed one could work.
