All guys get morning erections but yours sounds worse than most. Maybe you should masturbate every morning - even before you get out of bed, make sure you masturbate - that should bring your erection down so you can pee and your roomates won't be staring at your crotch.

Set the alarm earlier, give the erection a chance to cease and desist, if worse comes to worse, get rid of it the natural way, unload in a female.

If you can't get a girl to help you then try and do it yourself.

It takes a lot of effort, but I can urinate with an erection. Next time just try to point it in the toilet (that's the most difficult part) and then just push a little hardert then usual and wait a little longer then usual. This might help the erection go away, and at least it will help you relieve your bladder pain.

try ginseng pills. might cure it completely, probably just make it worse.. . also try no sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, no cigarettes.. . can you wake up in the middle of the night to urinate? the bladder pressure can be part of the problem. try not to drink before sleep. get your hydration done during the day.. . eat less chemicals... eat fresh whole foods. you might be sensitive to something.. . that's all i can think of saying... it could be a sign of a problem. You should ask a doctor.
