Why do some Christians become upset or angry?

Some (NOT ALL) get offended easily when you point out discrepancies in their belief. They feel that we are attacking them, when we are just sharing our own personal knowledge.. . I think that these few people just get frustrated and confused, and then they take it out on us. . . They later say that we are forcing our "non-beliefs" down their throats.. . It's a huge circle, it never ends, and I now have a headache! :)

Life is a journey. Any Christian that gets made when proven wrong should only be mad at themselves, or perhaps you misunderstood their displeasure with themselves and accepted it at displeasure with you? I don't know I wasn't there. Personally I accept that being wrong only allows me the opportunity to grow in my faith. Thus progress along the journey!

Any faith is based on belief. If you can "prove" something, there is no longer a need to believe. . . I guess they can't accept that they just might be wrong.

its a good thing that you worded the second part of your question with the word "most" (why do most Christians). . anyway, you have to "prove" to me first that you have proven "some" Christians wrong.. . & you can probably use some critical thinking.... . back to the question though, . why do most Christians get mad... because they are h-u-m-a-n,. just like you.

Don't you ever get agitated when someone proves You wrong? I bet you do, but you don't notice it as much, because you're you.. If I have been *proven* wrong, I accept it. But if someone just *says* "You're wrong" with nothing to back it up, I ignore it. You're entitled to your mistakes, and your opinions.. But I can't speak for everyone else out there.

well,well,well...........you must have not yet found the correct religion. as well as the so called Christians that get mad. reality is christian or not we all at times get mad. no one is perfect at this time on our earth. however, your bible states that perfect Jesus got angered for the right reasons. so if one gets angered its to be settled in a quick amount of time. it says make peace with your brothers. don't let the sun set in a provoked state.Cain got angered because able brought an offering from his heart. he cain killed able over being envies and for all the wron reasons.

I think we get mad when you THINK you've proved anything and you didn't. If I am proven wrong on anything I will change my stance but no one has ever come close to proving my faith wrong.
