Don't take credit for someone else's work and research.. Don't twist or manipulate information.. . Make sure you cite your sources accurately.. . Don't "make up" or fabricate information.

By ethics I will assume you mean the rules in technical writing. I would say not to attempt most technical writing unless properly trained but I did find a few sites on some rules.. . Here they are: . http://www.rbs0.com/tw.htm. http://www.writerswrite.com/technical/. http://www.technical-writing-course.com/. . The last one seemed really good. I just searched "technical writing" on Google and found these sites.
