How can I create a disc that can be played in a home DVD player and contains DVD-Audio content?

You would actually have to create it as a DVD video. Even though you only want to put your music on it, the home DVD player will still need to "see" as being a video. Therefore for every track just create a still shot that will play on the screen while the music plays. Certainly you could also have a blank screen of any color of your choosing but essentially it has to be a DVD that is formatted for video.

If your home player supports (plays) .mp3 files, just make a Data DVD with Nero, with the 'data' being .mp3 files.. If you aren't sure about your player, make a data DVD with a few songs on it on a DVD-R (rewriteabel) to test it. . I don't know that the quality will be that much greater but you can sure fit a lot of songs on a DVD!

just like that, create audio dvd and it will run on ur dvd player so long as ure using a dvd burner

If you have Nero than try using Nero Express. It can let you make MP3 and WMA DVD that you can play it in regular DVD player.. . And it works..
