go to the doctor!. might be something wrong with the circulation to your penis. the doc might have to drain it (sounds horrible i know). . but it's the only way not to have permanent damage. get to the hospital now

That's called priapism and is a side effect of some medications. Not sure what else would cause it. You should see your doctor.
