I believe that when a person realize that that person has a booger, they don't to want to make them feel bad about themself. But honestly, I would really want someone to tell me (on the low low) if I had a booger in my nose.

I guess some people don't want to embarass that person. Same thing with me. I would appreciate it if someone told me.
