How can I effectively lose weight, particularly around my belly?

walking, doing crunches watching what you eat and drinking lots of water you will start to lose weight.this worked for me.

well my friend 3 months ago i have the same problem.now I'm perfect.i tried pills exercise stop eating junk food running abs exercises but nothing worked.but one day my wife took me to a spa center for massage.in three months time and off corse with a Little help from improving my diet i lost lose all the extra weight from my belly,and now I'm feet

you have to WORK OUT.......or it will never ever leave your belly trust me i know.......lol im not big everyone calles me tooth pick couse im so skinnie but i work out to keep dat damn fat away and you should do the same thanks

try the excercise the call sit up ,it is very effective.

You should wrap some plastic around your belly especially b/c it will make you sweat and you will lose wait........ Or get on a diet.

belly weight has been linked with high levels of stress. In addition to excersize and healthy eating, you may want to start finding ways to relieve stress. I actually lost weight just by starting to scrapbook! even though it's an activity I do while sitting on my butt, it relieves a lot of tension and allows me to express myself.

if you want to loose weight. The only way is burning more calories than you eat. Now if you are overweight and you have a big and collapsed belly it will take a you a long time to reach your goal. Being realistic if you start a diet and start a exercise program by yourself you will quit and than you will eat more than before and will gain more weight.. My advice is get profesional help and enroll to weightwatchers.com and they will help you out. Good luck
