How can I effectively lose weight, particularly around my belly?

I am an averaged size woman, but I have that belly fluff. . I got a pilates dvd and did it 30 minutes a day for two weeks and got pretty tone in the mid section. I was amazed. ITs really really easy to do and most of it is laying down! . I would recomend this to any person of any shape. Easy to do and with quick results.

RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!! Cardio is a big help in sheddin' inches off your waist... Also do crunches and other things, but cardio is key!!!!

1st you can change your diet then you can exercise daily(don't go to fast though) if wanted you can take diet pills and it helps if you don't refer to it as a diet!!! :-)!!! good luck!!!. oh and the exercise will tighten your tummy so that is good!!!. ;-)!!!! you can do it!!!!!!!

try and follow this golden regimen that really works...... 1.DIET:. zero fat intake. green salad should contribute to 80%of u r diet.(u need not starve, when ever u r hungry take a salad). less carbohydrates.. no sweets. more proteins. high fiber diet. . 2.EXERCISE:. make it a routine that u do aerobic exercise for at least half an hour a day like brisk walking, swimming, shuttle, tennis etc.. . 3. NATURAL FAT BURNERS:. GREEN TEA is believed to be a natural fat burner with out side effects, it reduces u r body fat , cholesterol, hypertension, prevents diabetes etc. it really works, take two to three cups a day.. . this regimen really works, but takes some time to give results. remember there is no shortcut to success.
